 Thank you for visiting my website and giving me the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself and my work.

I am certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (#79637), and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

I graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute, an internationally recognized leader in the field, where I received a comprehensive education in massage therapy, both Eastern and Western modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapies, Sports massage, Pregnancy massage, Shiatsu, Thai, Hot Stone, and Energy Work.

In my practice, I integrate elements from both East and West to tailor a massage to your needs. I provide a comprehensive, relaxing massage, integrating deeper myofascial techniques when appropriate to address specific pain and tension patterns.
